  • Can I run an ad without creating an account?


    No, you cannot. You need to register on our platform to run an ad.

  • How to create an account?


    You can create an account by clicking on the Sign Up button at the top of the home page and
    then providing us with details like your email, phone number, etc.

  • How to edit my account?


    You can edit your account from the dashboard.

  • How do I change my password?


    Go to your Account and click on reset password.

  • What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?


    Go to the login page and then click on ‘Forgot Password’, from here you can change your password.

  • Can I delete my account?


    No, you cannot by yourself but you can raise a request to the support team to get it deleted.

  • Can I manage multiple brands separately?


    Yes, you can by creating multiple accounts with different email addresses and phone numbers.

  • Are my social media credentials safe?


    Yes, your credentials are 100% safe as you are submitting your details to Facebook directly via our platform.

  • Why does Mediaqart need access to my Facebook page?


    Mediaqart needs advertiser access to your business page in order to run campaigns on your behalf.

  • What permissions are required for Facebook?


    You must select all permissions to run ads smoothly. Mediaqart can receive information that you chose to share with them and manage features for your Facebook business assets.

  • What if I don’t have admin access to my Facebook business page?


    In order to run ads, admin access is mandatory, as you will need to provide advertiser access to Mediaqart.
