You will get a notification of the ad status over email & sms. Meanwhile, you can also check the status on your MQ dashboard.

You can check the status of your ads from ‘My Ads’ under your dashboard.

While selecting a plan, under the ‘Set my budget’ section, you can choose a date and time as per your requirement.

From your account, in the ‘My Ads’ section, you can edit an existing ad. The ad will again go under review after making changes.

From your account, in the ‘My Ads’ section, you can pause your ad campaign.

Can I stop my ad? Will I get a refund?
Yes you can stop your ad from the ‘My Ads’ section and the remaining budget will be reflected in your MQ wallet.

Yes you can but you need to raise a request for transfer.

Yes. Go to your dashboard and click on the ‘Edit’ button next to the ad campaign you want to update. Any changes will lead to review from the chosen platform and your ad will be live again within 12-14 hours. The estimated results will vary due to any changes made.
