  • How do I design an ad?


    On the ‘Design your advertisement’ section, you can either upload a creative which is ready or if you don’t have one then you can select ‘Design on Canva’, which is integrated with our platform. From here you can select free images/videos as per your requirement.

  • What if I skip the “Design” step in the ad creation process?


    You can complete it later, but in order to run ads you need to upload a creative.

  • What image formats can be used for the ad campaign?


    You can run single image, carousel and video ads in jpeg, png and mp4 formats.

  • What image sizes can be used?


    Ideal size: 1200W*628H, 1080W*1080H
